Survey & Design
Guardian Fire LLC specializes in designing cost-effective, high-performance fire alarm systems that meet the most current local and state regulations, as well as industry design standards.
Auxiliary Radio Communication Systems
In accordance with the New York City Building Code, newly constructed high-rise buildings must be equipped with an in-building Auxiliary Radio Communication System (ARCS). This wireless, two-way communication system enables FDNY personnel to maintain reliable radio communication throughout a structure during emergencies. Guardian Fire LLC delivers comprehensive turnkey ARCS solutions—from design and installation to testing and final approval—ensuring full FDNY compliance.
Self Certification
The FDNY’s introduction of new Certificates of Fitness allows qualified S-89 and S-99 COF holders to self-certify Notices of Defect—formerly known as Letters of Defect—streamlining the correction process and reducing project delays.
